How is the procedure performed?
After discussing with your specialist your goals and target-areas, you will schedule a series of 40-minute treatment sessions over a two-week period of time. During these treatments, a low-level or cold laser is applied toward the treatment area, though nothing will touch your skin. While you relax comfortably (there is no pain associated with the treatment), the laser liquefies the fatty material held within the fat cells, which is then released through tiny, temporary pores the laser creates in the cell membrane to allow the liquid fat to leak into the interstitial area of the body.
